Web Page Training Class

If you spend a few days with us, click all the tabs across the top of this page, install the free tools as instructed, and do the exercises, you will make your own web page and install it live on the Internet!

First Step: Use HTML Express to create a disposable page. Save it in a new folder with your name under the c:\webclass folder.

Second Step: Install a web page editor and study your first page.

Third Step: Install the Web Tutor on your hard disk and using two browser windows, do the Introduction, plus Lessons 1 and 2.

You will be introduced to basic HTML tags (which often come in pairs), background colors and images, bold and italic text, and font size (and face and color). Put some of these things into your web page. Don't worry about memorizing them - we will return to them in more detail later. Web links are in a Links page, since the class will not always be connected. For many links a local hard disk version is offered.
