This newly furnished residence consists of two bedrooms with Queen beds and adjoiining bathrooms, a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, cable TV, stereo and VCR, with an assortment of tapes.

A large outdoor deck with the most spectacular view on the island, or maybe in the ENTIRE Caribbean, allows for private sunbathing, dining or star gazing. Enjoy friendly, safe Anguilla with it's many world class beaches, snorkeling, boating, fishing, and large selection of wonderful restaurants. Frequent ferry service to St. Maarten for shopping and gambling.

The rental includes 6-day maid service, utilities, linens, beach chairs and towels.

Handicapped access is good at Morgan Hill. Sorry, no pets allowed.

25 percent deposit within one week of booking and remaining balance due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellation policy: Deposit is fully refundable if notice of cancellation is given up to 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 45 days prior to arrival will result in 100 percent cancellation penalty.
