Exploring Scrub Island

An Unfinished, Abandoned Resort
Just to the south of Mysterious Lagoon is an abandoned resort complex.
The resort is old and dilapidated, but it was almost complete. As if the workers just dropped their hammers one day and disappeared. This looks like the main building. Let's check it out.
This is a fancy round beach bar or restaurant, but the parquet floor is not in very good condition! Unfortunately there do not appear to be any staff around to make us a Pina Colada.
There are a number of 80s style cottages spread around the property, framed of wood with shallow roof pitch.
We have now been walking about an hour, but what we see is so fascinating we aren't worried about hurrying back.
Hurricane Luis was not kind to these buildings, since the eye of the storm went directly over Scrub Island.
We walk around the still preserved pathways of the resort, finding no one, then glimpse a vehicle. Are you ready to go back yet? Or...
