After calling the number listed lower in this article a few times, with no answer, we decided to drive over to Paradise Apartments ourselves to check it out. When we got there, it didn't look like it's been maintained in a while, but since we don't know for sure we'll leave the contact information along with the older article lower down in this page.

We give you a nice one bedroom apartment, with a wide-ranging view, a full kitchen, twin or king bedroom, cable TV, maid service, and private porch. ... All this for only US$99 nightly for two persons. Plus 18% Tax and Service Charge.
A ten minute walk brings you into downtown Anguilla with its shopping and services and Shoal Bay beach is only a 6 minute drive away, in case your travel plans include relaxation.

Enter your private apartment, either upstairs or on the ground floor.
We also offer long-term apartment rentals when available. Monthly rates are $1,245 for two persons, including tax and service.
Directions: turn off the Airport Road between the Kwik Kopy and NAPA Auto Parts, proceed up Rey Hill, and look for us on the left side of the road after the nursery and the Church.

We accept travelers checks, money orders, cash, American Express, Visa and Master Card. Personal checks only accepted if from your personal local bank account.
